PROFILE
Mohammad Shafi Bacha, completed M. Sc. in Zoology from University of Kashmir in 1976, joined erstwhile Directorate of Game and Fisheries as Research Associate to Dr. Fred Kurt, the Director, IUCN Project 1103 (22-4) Hangul. He has under gone post-graduate diploma course in Wildlife Management at Wildlife Institute of India, Dehra Dun in 1988-89. He has skilled a short course on National Park and Wildlife Management in 1998 at the University of New England NSW, Australia. For capacity building he has attended short term courses on wildlife disciplines from time to time at Wildlife Institute of India and other reputed organizations. He has at his back a number of management plans, project and field reports for the department, coupled with a few publications. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, besides, being instrumental in organizing several divisional, regional, state, national and international seminars, workshops, conferences and annual events for the department.

PROFILE
Born on August 15 1985 at land of Saffron Pampore, Kashmir, Nadeem Qadri, completed his Degree in Law from University of Jammu in 2009. On December 16 2008, Nadeem Qadri presented a paper on Universal Declaration on Human Rights (UDHR) as a guest speaker at Christ University, Bangalore which was supported by F.K Norway. He founded Wildlife Conservation Fund, to protect the wilderness of J&K.
